Cancellation Policy
All swim classes are 1 hour long and begin at their scheduled start time.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
A class may be moved within the 48 hours if it is rebooked within 24 hours of the original class time. This is at the discretion of the instructor and based on availability.
How to Prep for Class
In addition to your swimwear and towel, bring your courage, patience, and willingness to learn how to swim.
Confidence is one of the most important tools you can bring to class!
A Message to Students…
Swim School Program Expectations
To ensure real progress and water confidence, any package of 3 or more sessions must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
We strongly recommend attending at least one class per week. Taking long breaks between sessions can lead to regression, and often requires revisiting previous lessons—slowing down your overall progress.
Consistency is key. This program is designed to build momentum and comfort in the water quickly, especially for time-sensitive goals like travel or special events.
The Swim Academy Program Expectations
Swim Academy is a performance-based program. It’s designed for individuals who are ready to commit to consistent effort, practice, and personal growth.
If a student consistently misses sessions, does not practice, or isn’t progressing due to lack of effort, they may be recommended to Swim School to build discipline required for Swim Academy.
We are committed to helping everyone succeed—but this program requires your best energy, focus, and accountability every time you show.
